Built in an ancient building, it is next door to the workshop/studio of the sculptor Patrick Vogel, who will not disturb your privacy and the general peace and tranquillity of the location.

The gîte, a country house in stone, is of quality and comfortable. It is equipped with a washing machine, dish-washer, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, colour TV with programmes in English, Dutch, German and other languages available, Internet Wi-Fi access in the hosts' lounge, fireplace and card-operated telephone (card required from France Telecom).

The gîte has a surface area of 140 m² with, on the ground floor, a lounge area, dining area, kitchen and toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed (140cm) and one has twin beds (90cm). 

(The mosquito-nets are in the bedrooms as decoration. There are no mosquitoes at the mill.)

It has a private garden of 150m² and patio with garden furniture, umbrella and barbecue, and parking. The swimming pool, purified with salt, of 10m x 5m is shared with the proprietor. (Safety equipment is in accordance with the French standard NF P90-307.)
